Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.
Revelation 22:12-14 (NIV)
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
As taught in Church last Sunday. This is how small and short our life in this world is. But how we live it is the important part. Life here is pretty tough and I believe that despite that, if we choose to obey God and be true to His Word, we are guaranteed a great life in Heaven with Him.
Two weeks ago it was said in Church that we are just aliens in this earth. We’re going to live here temporarily. Our true home is heaven and with that, we shouldn’t give in to the demands of this world; rather act like true followers of God.
This illustration is just a reminder that “What we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.” (Romans 8:18) It’s a powerful promise and we must hold on to it because our God stays true to His promises. =)
